My why is it important to sleep story

Why is sleeping important?
Today we are learning about why sleeping important.

Sleeping is important because if  we don’t get enough sleep we won’t be able to concentrate  on your learning.

Firstly, sleeping is important because if we don't get enough sleep then we won’t be able to think straight.One example is if you don’t get enough sleep you will not be able to think properly in your learning and you won’t even know what to do.

Secondly, sleeping is important because if you don’t get enough sleep then you can get angry,grumpy and lazy.For example if someone says that you have yucky lunch you will normally ignore them but when you don’t have enough sleep you will get angry and grumpy.


Thirdly, sleeping is important because it restores energy when you get enough sleep.An example is if you don’t have sleep you won’t have energy for the day.


Finally, sleeping is important because it repairs your body.
